THE ITALIAN STONE PAVILION RETURNS TO COVERINGS 2012
December 22, 2011

Orange County Convention Center – Orlando, Florida – April 17/20, 2012

Modeling marble, basalt, tuff, and other stones, the Italians have made building an art that has become more and more perfect over the centuries, giving life not only to excellently made buildings but also, often, to unrivalled decorations. There is a range of products capable of leaving the most expert and demanding of connoisseurs gaping and that today has worthy successors in the industries and artisan firms that work in the sector of Italian natural stone.

Italy brings a creative advantage to the world of stone and marble through years of experience coupled with the most advanced technology: cutting-edge technology has allowed Italy to go beyond the industry standard to create “fluid” stone surfaces and to cut marble to thickness that were once considered impossible.

The Italian Stone Pavilion, coordinated by the Los Angeles office of the Italian Trade Commission, is showcasing a group of leading Italian manufacturers renowned around the World for their ability to fulfill all applications made possible by modern technologies, from slabs to flat panels and tiles to the most complex three-dimensional structures.
